Cajun, Creole & a Little Bit of Soul
On July 16th 2026, New Owners Brian and Stephanie Valdini took over this amazing establishment with so much history. The doors in 1993, it wasn’t about trends—it was about heart. Rich, soulful flavors of Louisiana to Long Island, the kind that came straight from grandma’s cast-iron pot. Nestled in Massapequa at 1 Park Lane. Following tradition, the goal is simple: serve honest, down home Southern cooking that made people feel at home, no matter where they came from.
From Humble Start to Local Favorite
We began as a small neighborhood spot with big flavor. Word spread, tables filled, and before we knew it, we became a Long Island favorite. But we’ve never strayed from our roots. It’s still about good people, good music, and even better food. From live music nights to everyday meals, we keep the Southern spirit alive—one plate at a time.
Let the Good Times Roll
Located in the heart of Massapequa, our Creole kitchen continues to serve up comfort, culture, and community. Whether you dine in, take out, or let us cater your next event, you’ll get more than just a meal—you’ll get the full Louisiana experience.
